			   <div style="clear:both"></div><p>When we are at events, markets , craft fairs people often ask where they can buy Man of Aran Fudge in a shop…….but we ususally have to explain that it is not available because it is a fresh food product that takes a great deal of care and has a shelf- life of about one month only.  Now we have finally developed a fudge using the same ingredients as Man of Aran Fudge but cooked differently to give the product a longer shelf- life – introducing Aunty Mary’s Fudge……………..</p>

<p>It seems a man walked past the Man of Aran Fudge stand but then turned around and came back.  He started to choose a box of fudge and told him his reason for buying the fudge.</p>
<p>The reason was this: we looked after the queen when she visited Ireland so we deserved some trade as a result.</p>
